ICU & floors Nurses:- Experience :- 2-4 years Job description:- 1- Adhere to the hospital quality management system and infection control policies and report any untoward or unexpected occurrences through the appropriate channels 2- Carry out full range of nursing tasks in response to medical directives 3- Provide instructions,supervision and health education to patients and to his families 4- Ensure that all appropriate records and documented information related to work and care of the patients under his/her care , consistent,accurate and completed in a timely manner 5- preserve confidentiality concerning hospital and patient information
